Return & Refund Policy – Agent Seducteur
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds on lingerie items.
1. Non-returnable items
All our products are classified as intimate items and therefore cannot be returned once the package has been opened.
- Panties, thongs, and briefs
- Lingerie sets
- Bodysuits, bodystockings, one-piece lingerie
- Sheer or open lingerie
- Stockings, hosiery, and items worn directly on the skin
We do not accept returns even if the item was only “tried on.” Once the package is opened, the product is considered used and non-returnable for hygiene purposes.
2. Incorrect address or order information
Please double-check your shipping address and details before completing your order. We cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been processed or shipped.
3. Defective items or order errors
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or a wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package:
Only items that are unworn, untried, and with all original tags attached may be inspected. If our team confirms a genuine defect, we will provide an appropriate solution.
4. No refunds
Because of the intimate nature of our products, no refunds will be issued unless a manufacturing defect is verified by our team.
5. Order cancellation
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours after placing your order, only if the order has not been processed yet. After this timeframe, cancellation is no longer possible.
